The purpose of Praise - 

Worship music is to consistently share the gospel.

We believe music ministry is the very heartbeat of our worship; therefore,

music and worship go hand-in-hand. Worship is celebration; the offering

of thanksgiving and praise, obedient action and interaction between God

and man. 

Our music serves as a means of expressing these various aspects

of worship. In keeping with our vision to learn, live and share the gospel of

Jesus Christ this department believes we must be consistent in 3 areas: 

1. Be consistently excellent in our musical effort to glorify God;
2. Encourage people through worship;
3. Lead others to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Our objectives are to be consistent in our effort:

1. To lift up the name of Jesus
2. To lead God’s army into victorious battle
3. To prompt others to worship and praise
4. To be living examples of the Christ-life
5. To offer a balanced program

Senior Adult Ministry is directed by Tammy Carnes. This group is

intended to be at least 65 years of age. 

Senior Adult Ministry -

Recognizes the wisdom and experience that seasoned citizens

contribute to the church, local community, and nation. 

The purpose of this ministry is to satisfy the basic needs of the

older person through activities, which provide: 

1. Recognition as an individual
   
2. Love, understanding, and companionship
   
3. A sense of belonging Health appreciation (physical & mental)
   
4. Opportunity for self-expression
   
5. New interests and appreciation
   
6. Opportunity to become a participating member of, and contributor to, society/church

We know that as a parent you need be sure that your children are in a

SAFE learning environment, and we know that your children are looking
for a fun place to learn. We’ve invested and continue to invest a lot to make sure that both of these goals are reached. You’ll see that in the areas of the building the children meet in and even more in the volunteers who work with your kids. 

Zion Student Ministries offers interactive events, services and ministry

to students ranging from 6th grade to freshman in college. 

Our goal -

Is to help students build their personal relationship with Christ

and learn practical knowledge and tools to help share the word of God

with friends. 

We offer fun, exciting and interactive events and services, and

we strive to make each student feel involved and help them grow in their unique gifts and talents for the Lord.
